Victoria Lukas/Drexciyan Statue?

There is a beautiful new video by Marie Athenaïs for ’These Times are Gone’ by VITA, a Victoria Lukas solo project, on her YouTube channel. There will be an album by VITA released on Frustrated Funk soon. She has also launched a new website, link below.

I was sent this picture of what looks like a statue of a Drexciyan in a fountain in the middle of Brussels, Belgium. I tried to do some research on this but found nothing, anyone know more about who did it, what it’s all about etc. Turns out it is called "The Man From Atlantis" and was made by the artist Luk van Soom in 2003. Unsurprisingly it has nothing to do with Drexciya unless the artist is a fan? Thanks to one of my readers for this info.

Nice mix here featuring Drexciya, Dopplereffekt, Der Zyklus.

I'm from the Netherlands, so it wasn't a hard job finding it in dutch language. It's called "The Man From Atlantis" and is made by artist Luk van Soom. A theory that is somewhere on the internet is that he is from the underwaterworld and has to be wearing diving gear in order to be in our world, like we do when we go under water.

The same artist made another water-related statue that's called "The Battle of Aquarius". That one is about the flooding in a town called Kallo in 1953. This statue is also wearing diving glasses, because in order to fight the water he needs the proper equipment.
