Dopplereffekt +

More for the record than anything else, the series of Dopplereffekt dates which just ran during September to November 2008 plus their respective video links are listed below. If anyone was at any of these shows feel free to write a review and send it to me which goes for pictures as well. If anymore videos appear, the Malta show was just 24 hours ago after-all , I will simply update this post with them. If there were any other shows in this run please let me know as well.

On the Der Zyklus MySpace, which we can safely assume from now on is official, there was for a time a new version of 'Cherenkov Radiation' which bore similarities to the Zerkalo track 'Invisible'. Right now however you can't play this track, even though the player still lists it, so unless someone recorded it while it was still available you might not get to hear it again. Keep on eye on this at following link.

There is a new fan video up for the Daughter Produkt track 'Zarathustra' which cleverly uses their animated profile pic. They are also now listing a new member on their MySpace by the way, the wonderful sounding Saioa Nebula. No more new tracks there as of yet.

There is also a new Zerkalo track called 'Letters from Pushkin' on their MySpace player. It uses dialogue from the Andrei Tarkovsky movie Mirror if I’m not mistaken. I’ve mentioned the other projects which involve Zerkalo member Victoria Lukas before but if you haven’t already check out her Inkamera YouTube channel and MySpace. Always something interesting happening there.

    HEY STEPHEN, FANTASTIC BLOG. JUST FOUND A VERSION OF RADIATION ON THE DER ZYKLUS MYSPACE PAGE, IT SEEMS TO HAVE THE BASSLINE FROM ZERKALO,S INVISIBLE.THE REST SOUNDS LIKE THE TRACK THEY PLAY LIVE WITH THE(EXTRA DIMENSIONS)VOCALS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

    "Invisible" seems to be a slow tempo cherenkov radiation with vocals and slight electronic additions.

    Yeah, I can't find any other info on that either so removed that text about Malta perhaps being last show. Just anon comments from DRL to back it up. Hope we're right and they play again soon.

    there are a lot of "the tuss" fakes too.

    maybe the world should fake mr. mueller too!

    but faking drexciya is a shame, in my opinion.

    but the so called "drexciyan connection" is a shame too.
    really. cause stingray gave a interview about that topic and made clear, that the drexciyan thing is over. and now I read about this "connection". is that marketing? dunno. that's a shame, mueller+stingray.

    I don't think it's a fake. Read carefully the announcement about the Drexciyan Connexion. It's made mention of - drexciyan - DJ Stingray who is a very official (and brilliant) electro producer from Detroit. Do make your own search on Youtube and you'll see this guy (masked) saying in an interview that he pursues the drexciyan myth. Above all, Kontra website is the official Dopplereffekt's booking agent so what would be the use to spread lies ? It's a reliable source I guess.
